ASICS has is flexible and works with my schedule for school. I use their products so it is easy to sell off personal experience.
What I wish was different
Smoother management when understaffed (had a lot of people start college and leave at the same time, I started later so I stayed through the mess) and or ability to earn bonuses again. The bonus would give me an incentive to sell more even though without incentives is sold the most for that store in 2018, 2019, and on Black Friday both years.
Advice
I would say to be honest. If you are open to the negatives about some of your companies products, you can establish trust in customers and they will keep comig back.

Marketing Intern
June - August 2018 • Boston, MA
What I liked
I loved the mentorship and trust that was given to me. I genuinely felt a part of the team and contributed work that was meaningful. I got to see my work posted on their social media (@ASICS), as well as see my analyses used by the team after I left. Additionally, the company culture stood out to me and helped make my experience there more memorable. The employees were helpful and took initiative to meet me, regardless if I was their intern or not. They were all especially driven, which pushed me to perform at 110%.
What I wish was different
I do wish the program was bigger. It would have been nice to network with more students and meet interns who are working for other departments. It would have allowed me to better understand the industry as a whole and connect with peers outside of marketing.
Advice
Take initiative! Whether that's asking questions to understand and clarify assignments, looking to get involved in more work, or requesting time to meet with your mentors to ask about their careers and what steps they took to get to where they are, taking initiative is extremely important. It allows you to show your leadership skills and enthusiasm.
