I loved the small-scale atmosphere; it felt like a home with less than 15 residents at all times.
What I wish was different
I wish the management had been more adamant about following rules/regulations. Things were overlooked even after being brought to management's attention.

Be patient when working this job for the sake of the residents and also the management.
