I am still with Ashford while writing this! I began as an intern and moved into being an employee. I absolutely love it here. The hands on experience with the CEO is something you just don't get at every internship. The culture is very healthy, and I love the work we do.
What I wish was different
I don't really feel there is anything that I need done differently.
Advice
Come as you are! Just be yourself and be ready to ask questions and get into it. You will learn so much with a proactive mindset. Oh, and be detail oriented!
