My boss, Jennifer Galvan was amazing! She was caring and understanding. She pushed me to be better and gave me confidence in myself along the way.

What I wish was different

The system we used (adapt suite) was sub par, as a result many things were blamed on the team that were result of an inferior system.

Interview the boss and find out who they are before accepting the job
