What I liked
Aruba is a great work environment. The name was chosen intentionally so that the employees think about Aruba, the exotic destination for vacations and be chill and relaxed. Thus for most of the time employees have a great work-life balance. However, there are moments when the employees must do overtime to get the product on the market by deadline. Aruba has many way in which employees can stay socially active such as sports clubs (volleyball, basketball, etc), events such as BBQs, going out to celebrate success or just team lunch or dinner and many other events. Work schedule is flexible and you can work from home at times (non interns). They have a snack room and bring food for everyone each Tuesdays and Thursdays. They have wellness Friday. Also, employees have a close relationship between them and socialize a lot.

Advice
Keep GPA 3.5 and above. My manager told me they specifically rejected many resumes based on that. Keep in mind that once you get an internship with them, there will always be an open door for you. I want to mention that I’m a transfer students and I got this internship through my community college work experience department.
