It was an amazing opportunity for myself to be able to meet the business owners and community members in this way. The art world is a way to bridge the divide between us all. I loved the people and loved the challenges that I was presented with.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have done this longer.
I also wish I had been more assertive.
Advice
Push yourself to go outside your comfort zone. My degree isn’t in Communication and Media Studies. This was not my specialty but it had changed the way I think and feel about my own path.
