What I liked
Since Arrow is a small cash based clinic I was able to build a relationship with the physical therapists and the patients at the clinic. The hours were extremely flexible with my college class schedule.In addition to observing patients at the clinic, I was able to learn a lot of behind the scenes work that goes along with running a clinic; such as scheduling patients, creating receipts on excel, emailing patients and requesting reimbursement from insurance companies.
