the boss is amazing and very flexible when it comes to getting time off and working with your school schedule. he is also more than happy to let you get overtime and work as much as you want.

nothing it is a great job and company.

Honestly, nothing! It was a good experience all around for me.
Advice
Obviously it's physically straining; don't take a construction type job if you're not ready for it.
