All of the other employees were very welcoming and helpful when I first started, they're friendly and easy to get along with. I enjoyed meeting the customers and engaging in conversation with repeat visitors.
What I wish was different
I wish the management had a more clear way of handling bad weather, because I worked outside it was up in the air if I worked depending on how bad the weather was, and if I was scheduled to work during a week and it rained for 3 days straight, I missed 3 days of work.
Advice
I wish I had gotten to know more about the other positions so if it was raining I could've worked at a bar or banquet inside.
