Arlington Community Media Inc. (ACMi) is the community media center for Arlington, MA, and surrounding areas. With almost a million dollars of equipment, three television channels (Public, Education, Government), and a staff of trained professionals, ACMi has all the resources necessary to produce rich original content and provide comprehensive training in all aspects of video production, filmmaking, and television journalism. Our college interns learn by actually making TV, right from their very first day - when we say we provide a hands-on learning experience, we mean exactly that. Interns leave with a full reel that vividly reflects all the work they've done, which has helped a number of them to secure jobs in the industry.
