What I liked
This was and continues to be a great professional experience! At ARDEM I underwent a lot of skill and experience building. Moreover the team at ARDEM is excellent and worked with me to make sure I succeed. The hours were flexible in the summer, allowing me to build experience while also enjoying my summer and continues to be flexible my class schedule during the semester, allowing me to succeed in both my career oriented goals as well as my academic ones.
