Incredible company culture that all employees buy into, outstanding benefits (snacks, netowrking events, 401k match), and challenging work.

What I liked
Management was fully engaged with all of the interns. Every employee really cared about your development as a person and professionally. You are exposed to learning about ERP software and tech in general in a very practical way. You have all the resources in the world to grow in your career.
What I wish was different
Not a whole lot honestly. It is very tough to beat the experience. The only thing may be to have more than just a weekly conference call meeting with my boss. An interesting thing about the company is the freedom you have. Most of the time you direct boss is not in your same physical office.
Advice
Network. You will be able to have lunch with any employee you want or have a phone call with almost anyone. I was able to meet with the CMO Alicia Tillman and President of Ariba Alex Atzberger multiple times. Ask as many questions you want and do not be afraid to get out of your comfort zone. It is strongly encouraged.
