What I liked

I am still employed at Arby's and I enjoy that I get a decent amount of hours and the crew is actually pretty close. There isn't alot of drama and revolving employees. It makes the work environment much easier to thrive in!

What I wish was different

I wish I could get enough hours without having to work 8-9 hour days because it ate up alot of my time but I can't complain too much because a paycheck is a paycheck

Advice

Remember that there is no perfect workplace. If you find employment that works with you fairly well, don't take it for granted. Balance the good with the bad. Before working for Arbys, I left my old job thinking it was for the best but the job I accepted was much worse for so many reasons. So, I left the new old job and started at Arbys where I have been satisfied with the work environment for the most part. It's not perfect but it is much less stressful and managable. Don't take a decent job for granted just because there are some issues.
