I liked the people I was working with and the training. Very specific and they truly prepare new instructors

What I wish was different

The hours were all over the place so it felt a bit confusing at times

Advice

I know that working with children is not for everyone so keep in mind that you‘ll have to work with them on a daily basis which can be very difficult at times.
