What I liked

It gave me the opportunity to make a decent sum in a relatively small amount of time. I grew to love the people that I worked with, and met thousands of other individuals.

What I wish was different

I wish that I would have been able to have my own car while I was there. (I now have a car.)

Advice

It's probably the hardest job that you'll ever have, but it really gives you the chance to develop some resiliency, and to practice good work ethic. Don't assume that all summer sales jobs and teams are made equally. I had an exceptionally hard working and high performing team, but others may not provide the same amount of synergy.

What I liked

I liked how it developed many useful skills like reading body language, negotiation skills and people skills that I will be able to apply in the business world. I increased my self-confidence and opened new doors for the future.

What I wish was different

I don’t have any suggestions really. We worked a lot but it’s great. That way I was able to increase my sales.

Advice

Always have A motivational factor for taking this job. It is a difficult job that will stretch you but if you are motivated, it will give you very good compensation and skills that will benefit you your entire life.

We didn’t have a bunch of complainers one the team. It made it difficult to be motivated to do the hard work.

I loved working as the in between person with the sales reps and their customers and letting customers know when their pest control technician was coming in to service their home.

I wish I had been more knowledgable at the beginning so I could have learned even more at the end of the summer

Advice

Always dress to impress, be professional, and go above and beyond what your employer asks. They will remember those extra efforts you made and that's what will give you the leverage to be eligible for higher work opportunities.

You get to see the country and make at least 20k in 3 months. I don't even have to work right now.

I wish i hadn't been I Texas it's super hot

it's not an easy job but anything worth doing isn't. Come in with the right expectations and be ready to work hard and you will have a blast.

What I liked

The job has been good to help me build up needed money for getting married and not being worried about money all the time. It is difficult but has helped me talk to pretty much any kind of person.

What I wish was different

The bonuses and other benefits are very low for me coming back for three years. Did not pay for any relocation, even if they did with their contract it still wouldn't cover very much. New Jersey was too expensive and the company should compensate for sending us there. Don't have a branch there if you can't pay the sales reps more for living there.

Advice

Make sure you work hard every day. The company is good, but will not help you out very much. You have to make up for it in hard work.
