I loved the friendliness and approachability of coworkers and management staff. I felt properly trained and prepared before starting on my own.

The efficiency of communication could be improved, especially when there are last minute changes.
Advice
This job requires a lot of patience and an ability to remove yourself and your feelings from the situation. If you aren’t able to do this, this job may be emotionally draining and/or overwhelming.

What I liked
The sense of family and community. I didn't know what to expect as an Intern, but everyone was warm and welcoming! I had so many new experiences and got to meet so many new people. It was truly unforgettable.
