I love this job! My coworkers are the best that I've ever gotten to work with and they are really flexible when it comes to scheduling. Being an athlete and having to train during the summer, it was SUPER helpful getting to work when I wanted to so I could be able to practice afterwards.

Don't be afraid to apply for a job that you don't know anything about. I was nervous because I was afraid that I wouldn't know how to take care of plants, but if you know the basics like watering and weeding, it's just fine. Now I'm still with this business 3 years later, and I've actually learned more than just how to weed and water. I've learned a lot about customer service and also how to work as a team out on contract care.
