Get paid a higher rate per hour
Advice
If you don’t enjoy working with kids and aren’t patient enough to take care of dozens of kids every day, do not go into childcare!

I loved working with the children. Thye truely made my day and made me smile everyday
What I wish was different
I wish it was less corporation based and more employee friendly. Management near the end of the summer could have also been more organized
