What I liked
Family-oriented organization, I felt supported by my coworkers as I was invited to all of the team meetings and felt my work was meaningful because my project was implemented. Given a lot of flexibility in how I completed the projects and was able to take ownership.

continue to ask for feedback from your supervisor, so you can learn as much as possible
