I was given the opportunity to do many tasks in the field that seemed important to the company and not just the usual intern work that you see in films.
What I wish was different
This is still an ongoing internship. So far so good.

What I liked
The working environment at Apex was supportive and dynamic. Every task that I worked on presented new challenges to my career and I always had someone to ask questions to readily available.
What I wish was different
Advice
Learn how to learn. Being aware and - most importantly - honest about your skills and level of understanding of the task at hand allows you to ask good, effective questions that not only help you progress in the task but also the project manager as he/she understands the task from your point of view.
