I loved the staff and the work environment I was in.
What I wish was different
I wish we could transition into different roles sooner, my intention when being hired was you have to work your way up through stages to becoming a waitress.
Advice
One piece of advice is let your stresses go before going into work, I got to work with great people so it was easy for me to be able to get into a positive mood each shift.
