I wish there was air conditioning throughout the building. Some hot, brutal days in the factory over the summer.

Be open minded! Chances are you’ve never done anything that they will ask you to do, but after training you will have the hang of it!

The people are really friendly and I have a lot of say in the projects I am in charge of. My team was small so I received various types of projects with little oversight.

I wish my team was larger than it was.
Advice
Work with other teams and expand your knowledge about other subjects. Cross-functional teamwork is a great experience booster.

What I liked
Andersen Corporation has an amazing internship program! Every intern is assigned one main project for the summer and is also likely to work on many smaller projects. Interns are given autonomy to complete their project while also being provided with excellent support by their teams. Outside of the daily work, there are many fun networking opportunities for interns throughout the summer. I would highly recommend considering interning at Andersen!
