This internship is very hands-on and is very much so a learning experience. I've learned more from this internship than any other prior, and everyone at the agency is eager to teach you which is great.
What I wish was different
It was challenging which I highly appreciate, but with a challenge comes stress and working at a talent agency can be very stressful and hours can get long.
Advice
Take advantage of everything they teach you and don't be afraid to ask questions. They want you to leave this internship with more knowledge than you came in, so remember that when you're too nervous to speak up and ask.
