Once you've established that you're capable, they let you manage your own time and projects.

What I liked
If you're interested in high-speed embedded systems, there is no end to the types and quantity of challenges that are available while working here.
What I wish was different
There isn't really anywhere to live near them, so you are almost guaranteed a long commute (40+ min).
Advice
Don't turn this company away just because the high-speed business unit represents a small department within the company. Despite the size of the department, there is a lot of work to be done, and a lot to be learned.
