Dedicated to increasing quality of life, Amity Hospice offers Palliative Care Services for those that may not have a terminal diagnosis, but suffer from unmanaged pain or symptoms, as a result of disease or illness.

Amity Hospice is committed to the entire family, realizing we are here to take care of a family, not just a patient. Our interdisciplinary team is made up of professionals from multiple healthcare specialties, working together to design a unique care plan for our patients and family members.
