I wish we could have gotten more parents to volunteer to help the organization out.
Advice
Expect to give a lot of time to this organization and to always have your Saturdays filled with soccer.

What I liked
Great experience managing a budget, reconciling bank and cash accounts, and doing both accounts payable and accounts receivable.
What I wish was different
I wish it was a paid position!
Advice
Find opportunities to volunteer in your line of work. I gained so much experience, it looks great on my resume, but most of all, it felt amazing to donate my time and education back to the community!
