What I liked

I was being paid to do what I love. I was on the water all day every day getting to teach the next generation of racers.

What I wish was different

There was a lot of red tape and bureaucracy. I wasn't able to design my lesson plans the way I wish I could.

Do what you love because it doesn't feel like work
