I loved how flexible my hours were, I loved the work I was doing, and I loved my coworkers.
What I wish was different
I wish that some decisions that were made had been a little more transparent in terms of why. Sometimes it felt like we weren't getting the full truth.
Advice
Hard work is absolutely noticed. So keep it up!

What I liked
Everything, I received a lot of hands on experience that I can use to help me school wise (in the vet tech or PT programs).
What I wish was different
I wish we had more time to spend with the animals during the rescue process. It can be a little sad getting these animals in bad shape but you really step up to help get them comfortable.
Advice
Dont be afraid of hard work. It can be labor intensive if your working with the larger dogs or ones that need alot of exercise. Dont try to take home the kittens, they absolutely check and do not think its funny.
