The people at the American Red Cross show compassion towards what they do. Their compassion inspired me to have a more positive outlook and my interest grew for wanting to help people more. The ARC has a very team based atmosphere and I love that about them.

Advice
Even if you think you wouldn't't like tackling a type of job, take a risk and do it. I thought I would not like working in a long-term care facility but I ended up loving it.
