I really liked knowing that I made a difference in someone's life by organizing a drive and filling as many donor spots as I could.
What I wish was different
I wish that it would be easier to contact past donors and to use the scheduling system.
Advice
One piece of advice I would share about this experience would be to coordinate a drive at an existing/past location so there is a past donor list to contact. Otherwise, if you are coordinating a drive from scratch you are also recruiting from scratch.
