What I liked
I liked that I was able to work a steady 40 hours every week.
What I wish was different
I wish there was better leadership. Sometimes there was a lot of confusion and when the managers offered jobs of leadership no one would apply.
Advice
Make sure there is effective communication between the management and production staff.
