Nothing, everyone there treated me well and free lunch and field trips were the perks of the job.

The kids and the ability to grow the sport while giving the kids a camp feel with pool activities and dodge ball.

What I wish was different

The tempeture! It was a hot Florida summer month.

Advice

Enjoy the kids, they are challenging but so much fun if you look at it positively.
