Better communication from the managers about random events that were happening in the bistro.
Advice
If you love kids and you have the ability to be a server, this is the perfect job. I walk away with a smile every day.

I wish I would have worked there more time!
Advice
If you need help ask for it! I had days where I was the only server in the restaurant (It wasn't too big but it would still get very full) and I didn't want to ask for help because I was afraid of bothering my coworkers.

Great environment. Great benefits. Managers fully teach employees how to execute their roles and be successful in their position. Good pay for a retail job.
