My teammates were wonderful and I was able to work on a lot of projects compared to other interns at the company. I got a lot of great experience in business sustainability in this role and was able to engage with leadership. The team was very flexible about both my schedule and workload as well. You are able to explore various areas of interest.
What I wish was different
A lot of reorganization occurred within the company during my internship which shifted my team around a lot and caused some confusion.
Advice
I recommend voicing your interests and ideas to the team as you are able to explore most areas of business sustainability in this role!
