The managers and fellow employees are great to work with, and if you do your job right, they offer you plenty of hours. They also are very understanding when you need time off.

The hands on experience in my career field. I loved being able to put all my school knowledge to the test.

I wish that I would've been able to have more than 30 hours some weeks. The hours fluctuated from 20-40 weekly and wasn' t very steady.
Advice
I would highly recommend being on top of tasks and always asking to do more and going above and beyond at the store. The manager always loved when I was always going above and beyond the normal tasks.

Wear a watch! There are no clocks in the store and no way to know what time it is so you can’t figure out when your shift ends.

I wish I got more hours. I had completely open availability and wasn't scheduled more than 3, 4 hour shifts a week and it wasn't enough for bills.
Advice
Definitely go in with the mindset that you won't get many hours, and when you do, the store is very very slow and you'll be doing a lot of stocking and cleaning.
