The staff is kind and helpful. I really liked when I worked in the Government Relations department on Hill Day because I was able to combine the departments I normally worked with and a new one. They were also very flexible with hours and the importance of school.
What I wish was different
Advice
Salesforce is a big part of the job, but just keep practicing. The program gets easier the more you practice, and then you will have a great skill to add to your resume.

I was in a very positive environment. All my coworkers would help me understand what goes on in higher education and how to absorb more knowledge regarding that.

I wish it was longer.
Advice
It was great to understand the other side of higher education. Rather than being the student, we are part of the administration/third party side of the situation.
