I liked the company culture and the amount of support I received during my project work.
What I wish was different
I would have appreciated help with housing costs for the summer in the Nampa/Meridian/Boise area.
Advice
I would encourage a new intern to not be intimidated by the size and complexity of the factory because every single person there is more than willing to help you understand!

What I liked
The internship gave me a ton of experience in my field of Agronomy. I was able to stay on for the whole season and see planting of sugar beets clear through harvest. My supervisors tailored the experience to me and allowed me to work on projects I was interested in.
