Straightforward work, flexible schedule, and helpful supervisors. Were very willing to employ me beyond a seasonal position.
What I wish was different
Due to the nature of the job, there are less hours available for employees to work during the summer months, but the rest of the year you can work full time if desired.
Advice
Its a great job for people just wanting to earn money and there is a managerial promotion path you could follow if you excelled at your job, but you don't get much practical experience that could prepare you for a career.

What I liked
I liked having to speak Spanish everyday. I liked how I got to plan employee appreciation events, as well as translate for some workers.
What I wish was different
I wish that it wasn't so dusty in the green house offices. I also wish that we had a paved parking lot rather than gravel. It got really muddy sometimes, and I was afraid I was going to get my car stuck.
Advice
keep trying to learn a different language. The others appreciate it!
