They have a wonderful staff, flexible schedules, and an encouraging/supportive environment.
What I wish was different
I wish there were more hours offered in the summer, however that is something out of their control because it is slower in the summer.
Advice
Do your best and you'll benefit from it. Just work hard and you'll do better than 90% of the people there just because some people don't take it very seriously. It is a job. Take it seriously.
