I love working with the teens I work with through this company. The kids always bring a smile to my face when I am working with them. I love showing them new things and doing fun activities with them.
What I wish was different
I do not wish that anything would have been different. I love my work just the way it was.
Advice
You have to love it. This is a hard job working with children with disabilities, but it is so rewarding. Every day is different. You have to be ready to deal with anything; some days are going to be more challenging than others.
