What I liked
I like the people that I worked with and the type of environment that I was in.
What I wish was different
I wish there was a better organization system with clothes and schedules. I only got 4.33 hours a week in the summer and had to pick up hours the rest of the time. I would've liked way more.
Advice
I think it's a great place to get a job just ask the manager before starting, how many hours you will get.

What I liked
The company is extremely well-run and everyone I worked with was positive and professional. There was a lot more training than I anticipated but I loved the emphasis that was put on customer service and personal growth within the position. I felt valued and I also felt pushed which I would not have anticipated from a retail job.
What I wish was different
The hours were sometimes not ideal, with lots of night/overnight shifts, but that was really the only downside.
Advice
Expect to put more effort and attention to detail into this position over any other retail jobs. There is a higher level of expectation on you but it makes the experience 100% better.
