I really enjoyed the opportunity to learn about the many different daily tasks at a Venture Capital Firm. I also worked closely with many of the senior management and was able to create valuable relationships.
What I wish was different
I wish the hours were a little bit more stable. Some weeks were very slow, and others required well over 40 hours of work.
Advice
I would emphasize the importance of being self-motivating, and also being able to learn how to do new things on a regular basis.
