I loved my experience with Alta. The entire company wants you to succeed all the way up to the owners. I learned a ton of sales and marketing skills. I was able to go on incentive trips to Costa Rica, Brazil, and the Bahamas.

What I liked
I loved the vast amount of knowledge that the owners and employees of the company provided me with. They gave me everything I needed to be successful not just in the job, but in life as well. Great opportunity that has lead into a career for me.
What I wish was different
I wish more people knew about the opportunity so that they too could experience what Alta is like.
Advice
It' unlike any other job, one of the best family oriented group ive worked for.

What I liked
The culture at Alta is amazing and the skillset that I have acquired doing this job has put me ahead in life for a college student. I love what the job has been able to do for me as in being able to travel, learn a new skill, build my bank account and provide fulfilling work.
What I wish was different
There could have been more training my first year but that has been resolved.
Advice
Do not be afraid to take a leap into something. Not everyone wants to live the comfortable 9-5 lifestyle. If there is an itch to try something new or to learn a new skill, this is the place.

I loved the culture in this company. I really liked that they did everything they said they would do and I loved the money I made doing this job. Easily the best job I’ve ever had learned so much while having such a great time.
