What I liked
The company was amazing. I never thought that I was going to be interested in the world of voiceover, but I learned so much and my boss was super helpful with the learning process. He knew I didn't have much experience yet, but he was always willing and available to answer questions and talk about the industry. I worked twice a week and they were accommodating to my schedule if I had family trips or appointments. Each day, we started with a conference call, which was great for me to get to hear about what all of the different people in the company were working on at the time. Even though I was an intern, they still asked for my opinion on some things and really wanted me to get involved. I often was working on databases, drafting emails, or helping out with various other tasks that would be beneficial to my boss, and got to understand what is like to be a talent manager much better. Overall, a great company and a great first internship.
