About Alpine Fitness

About Alpine Fitness
Alpine Fitness serves surrounding cities such Alpine, Cedar Hills, Highland, Lehi, and American Fork. We’ve been in business for the last 20 years helping clients receive personal training, tailored programming, functional movements screens, manual therapy, and nutrition education.

Personal training is tailored for each client’s needs to achieve a healthy lifestyle, learn how to exercise safely and effectively, and reach their fitness goals. Each client fills out a comprehensive goal-setting form and will review it with their personal trainer so our trainers can individualize each plan.

Alpine is one of the few gyms in Utah that incorporates the Functional Movement Screen so we not only motivate our clients through fitness results, but help them move better to avoid pain or injury. We personally perform the Screen on each client to understand their mobility, stability, and movement patterns in order to customize the best corrective exercises and fitness program. As the client progresses, we re-screen to see improvements and other challenges to overcome.

Alpine Fitness is currently building a new gym with three times more space, and three times the amount of current equipment. Knowing what people need to reach their fitness goals and achieve the health they want, we have far surpassed the small gym stage and are now rising as the best quality gym in the area.

All questions and applications should be emailed to schedule@alpinefitness.com. If applying, please send your resume as well.
