What I liked

I was not micromanaged and was able to work independently to solve customer problems. I advanced quickly within the company also.

What I wish was different

Alorica was not very supportive of my decision to attend school full-time and suggested that I drop classes to expand my availability.

Advice

Request a part-time schedule to ensure that you have a work and school balance.

What I liked

The only good thing was the pay, which for an adult with bills/ a family wouldn’t be sustainable

What I wish was different

It was such a tedious job. I wish there was more time to be away from the phones.

Advice

It is monotonous. Be sure that you can mentally do one thing for 8 hours with no cell phone/ outside human interaction.
