I liked that they let us make batches on our own without supervision, very hands on. We were able to do a lot of the things that the Chemists actually do, instead of just busy work.
What I wish was different
I would have appreciated a detailed manual for new interns because it took me a while to get the hang of things. With a manual, I would have been able to understand the procedure for each batch and I would have been able to work more efficiently
Advice
Ask as many questions as you need to! Don't wing it if you aren't sure; it's always better to do the job right the first time with the proper understanding of instructions.
