I liked being in a museum setting and getting to do official research. I also liked how I got the chance to work with artifacts in collections management (what I wanted to do originally). It put my foot in the door for my future and having some experience verified what I want to do after college.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have done collections management full time, and I wish I would have done it during the summer or winter semester. Balancing classes, this, a job, and self care was extremely hard.
Advice
Take time to look around the museum and absorb your surroundings!
