I liked this internship because everyday was very different and exciting. I never knew what I was going to experience that day, and this gave me so much motivation to go to work and look at every new situation with an open-mind. I also liked how many different people I got to work with throughout the internship; I was able to learn about many different aspects of the job and various experiences people have had throughout there time working at the Sheriff's Office.
What I wish was different
The only thing that I wish had been different was pay of the internship, since it was unpaid. Otherwise, I have no complaints of my experience.
Advice
One piece of advice that I would share about this experience is to go to work everyday with a positive attitude, an open-mind, and a natural interest in the job. People notice your attitude and general interest in the work, which makes a difference in the work environment.
