What I liked
I enjoyed the hand-on experience with various technologies. This included Macs, iPads, and Chromebooks. The pay was also relatively fair.
What I wish was different
The job became very repetitive, and I often was doing more work than many of the employees. Even our team leads wanted me to be a team lead at certain points, and I was not compensated for those hours. They also took on too many projects, and were often scrambling at the last minute to try to get projects done but then would start new projects before the previous one was finished.
Advice
One needs to have a tough skin. Especially with a job like this which can cause a person to delineate from their usual personality because it is draining. Be resilient.
